MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM PIECES

Many of the pieces at Darklim Jewels are made to order. This means that your jewellery may be created specifically after your order has been placed, rather than being kept as ready-to-ship stock.

Please allow additional time for production. Some pieces require casting, hand-finishing and other artisanal processes, and production times may occasionally take longer than initially estimated. If your order is experiencing a significant delay, I will contact you with an update.

CUSTOM-MADE PIECES

If you request a piece that is made or modified specifically according to your personal specifications — such as a custom design, alteration, engraving, personalised size or other individual modification — the order cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where applicable under consumer law, including in the event of a fault or if the item does not conform to your order.

STANDARD MADE-TO-ORDER DESIGNS

Please note that a standard Darklim Jewels design being produced after you place your order does not, by itself, make the item a custom-made product.

For standard designs, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Every piece is handmade individually and may contain slight variations in texture, finish or appearance. These natural differences are part of the handmade nature of Darklim Jewels jewellery and are not considered defects.

By placing an order, please make sure you have read the product description and the estimated production time before completing your purchase.

Although you see the finished design here, we work under a conscious, artisanal model. Each piece is originally sculpted in wax and cast in precious metal individually for you. By avoiding mass production, we ensure a sustainable process and a piece made specifically for your order.

Because of this bespoke process, please allow between 2 to 8 weeks for your jewelry to be sculpted, cast, and polished before it travels to your home. While timeframes vary based on current workshop volume, most orders are ready within 4 to 5 weeks.

Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
For items requiring personalization—such as those in the "Collector's Jewelry" collection featuring special engravings—production takes one week prior to shipment.
